EDC Design Build has a stable of designers and architects to help you through the design process.  However, the homeowner can also elect to use their own architect or interior designer.

Most, if not all, home renovations and construction projects will increase the value of your home.  EDC Design Build will offer consultation and advice on this topic.

Do we or do you get the building permit for my home renovation?

EDC Design Build offers a turnkey solution for your project needs and will handle all steps from design through permitting and project construction.  EDC will handle all items to obtain permitting.

Do we need to acquire insurance for a home renovation? Does your company provide their own insurance?

EDC Design Build will provide Builders Risk, General Liability, and Workers Comp Insurance for each individual project.  Homeowner should contact their home owners insurance to notify of work being performed and arrange for any additional insurance needs.

How long does EDC Design Build’s quotes last?

Our home renovation quotes are typically valide for 60 days.
